Ryan Pace Approval Rating: Pre-Draft Edition

How do you rate Chicago's new general manager three months into his tenure? Come vote and let us know!

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Bears hired Ryan Pace January 8th, making him the youngest general manager in the league at age 37. Pace succeeds Phil Emery, who was GM for three seasons from 2012- 2014, and Jerry Angelo, who held that position from 2001- 2011.

A week after arriving in Chicago, Pace hired NFL veteran head coach John Fox to replace Marc Trestman. This was his first significant move, one that seemingly fell into Chicago's proverbial lap.

A quick look at the Bears transactions (LINK) since Pace's arrival shows a GM that got to work quickly, realizing he had a lot of ground to make up and a lot of roster spots to fill.

Highlights of Pace's personnel moves:

- Traded: WR Brandon Marshall to the New York Jets

- Signed: LB Pernell McPhee, S Antrel Rolle, WR Eddie Royal, DT Ray McDonald

- Terminated: C Roberto Garza

Pace's next task is of course the upcoming NFL Draft.  We'll run a post-draft Approval Rating shortly after.

But for now, place your vote in the Poll below and let us know your thoughts.
