Anthony "Champ" Kelly is yet another hire with previous ties to the Broncos, working in Denver from 2007-2015. The last five years he worked as their assistant director of pro personnel. During his time scouting, the Broncos acquired veteran free agents quarterback Peyton Manning, defensive tackle Terrance Knighton, running back Willis McGahee, wide out Emmanuel Sanders, corner Aqib Talib, guard Louis Vasquez, safety T.J. Ward, linebacker DeMarcus Ware and wide receiver Wes Welker.

Christopher Prescott has been scouting in the NFL since 2002. He was an area scout with the New York Jets from 2013-2015, and prior to that he worked for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
