Last night history was made in Chicago as the Blackhawks won their 3rd Stanley Cup in the last six years by defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning 2-0, to take the series 4 games to 2.

This was the first championship clinched in the city since the Chicago Bulls took down the Utah Jazz in 1997, and as can be expected the city went a little crazy.

Kudos to Toews, Kane, Keith and company are pouring in from all corners of the sports world, but none are more excited than right here in Chicago.

The Chicago Bears' organization and a number of their players sent out congratulatory tweets to the latest Chicago champions.

One of the newest Bears, wide out Eddie Royal, went from excitement...

To reflection...

To congratulations...

One of the Bears knew that a win for the Blackhawks would mean a long night of partying for him, so choices were made...

Some former Bears even got into the congratulatory spirit...
