Bears, Cutler optimistic about starting over again - Brad Biggs: By now Jay Cutler has this learning a new offense thing down pat, which is good for the Bears as, when installing a new offense, the coaching staff and rest of the players can go only as fast as the QB.  Adam JahnsCutler starting to win over Fox.
