Welcome to Preseason 2015. It's that time of year where anticipation is hot, hopes are fresh, and we see an awful lot of guys play football that likely won't be on either team's roster come the first week of September.

These two teams last met on October 19th, 2014 in a game that infuriated me so much I actually had to leave my friends house. But that's neither here nor there.

The Bears look to come off the field healthy, and pointed in the right direction. It's the first taste of any action inside of a whole new scheme under all-new coaches, so safety and the retrigger of muscle memory is a big key.

One familiar face they will see is that of Ndamakong Suh, who fled the hated Lions for South Beach this season, securing a monster contract. Other big Dolphins news is that they're committed to Ryan Tannehill going forward.

None of us really care that much about that, though? What can we expect to see from the Bears?

Few plays for the #1s on offense, perhaps a series or two. Expect to see the linebackers get a long look, as nobody has any idea who is going to play that position. Will also be interesting to see how the defensive line looks and performs as we see three down linemen, which is going to be weird, you guys. Really weird.

Jimmy Clausen has been bad in camp. A bad outing vs. the Dolphins could mean the Bears start bringing in old arms to see if someone, anyone, is a better backup to Jay Cutler in 2015.

Also, as is tradition, we must all decide on one "grindy" player who has little to no shot at the roster that we fall in love with and tout as the next coming. This is known as "Sanzenbaching."

Game Time: 7pm CST

Location: Soldier Field. It's in Chicago, IL

Don't get one of these channels? It'll replay on the NFL Network at 9am on Friday, 8/14.

Radio: The Bears Radio network stretches far and wide across the midwest. Your primary station out of Chicago is, of course, WBBM Newsradio 780. To see all of the affiliates, click over here at the official site.

Online streaming: EDIT: I am a dum dum, and David Taylor reminded me that NFL Preseason Live is a whole thingand you can check it out.

Announcers: Sam Rosen (play by play), Jim Miller (color), Lou Cannellis (sideline)

Oh, Sam Rosen, how can I quit you? A quick glance at the roster tells me that he will likely mispronounce Jeffery (Jeffries!), Jacquizz Rodgers, and something called an Ify Umodu.

Injury Report: I don't have an official injury report. Kevin White won't play. That's about what I've got for you right now.

Odds: For those of you with the intestinal fortitude to bet money on preseason games, you should know that the Bears are favored by one 1 point at this writing. Also, you should know this is a bad idea going into it.

Prediction: Bears win 27-20 with some late game heroics by a guy on the field.

Matchup History: The Bears are 4-8 all time against the Miami Dolphins. That bites.
