Open Thread #3,496: Bears- Packers week of hate

One of the greatest traditions in the NFL is hating the Packers.

Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Bears will kick off the season in three days against the Packers-- not only a divisional foe and heated rival, but an opponent that is as old as the NFL itself.

We know that the Packers have won the NFC North four years running, and that they are locked and loaded to make another run this year, but that doesn't mean that Packers Week is going to be any less heated. And they're coming to our house?  No, those bums have another thing coming if they think they are going to get off lightly.

The tailgating will be lively, Soldier Field will be rocking, and insults will be flying.  They may have a slight football advantage, but that doesn't make them any less annoying.

So for today's Open Thread-- feel free to share your worst memory, best Packers joke, and all the reasons you hate them more deeply than any other team in the NFL.
