Chicago Bears have highest chance of getting #1 pick in 2016 NFL Draft

Starting the season 0-2 is not a good thing, but as it currently stands, the Bears could be staring down at the top pick of next year's Draft.

We mentioned on our Twitter account earlier today that not only are the Chicago Bears 0-2, they are currently on the longest active losing streak in the NFL.  Thay lost the last 5 games of the 2014 season, putting them currently at 7 straight losses ahead of their match-up with Seattle next week.

Each week, ESPN's FPI, or Football Power Index, ranks teams in the NCAA and NFL on different criteria.  Specifically, it uses data to measure future performance for the remainder of the season.

As they finish running the numbers now that Week 2 is winding down, one number has already been calculated: Most likely to earn the #1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.  That team?  The Chicago Bears!

With that said, Bears fans will hope that the rest of the season doesn't turn out the way it's started, but it's never too late to start talking about the draft, right?

The Chicago Bears have never had the #1 overall pick in the modern NFL, but had a few back in the 1940's and 1950's as the Bears and Chicago Cardinals.

How would you feel if the Bears ended up with the #1 overall pick, and would you be willing to endure this season if that's how it shaped up?  Who would you want them to select with the first pick?
