In case you missed it, the Chicago Bears have had a rough couple of days. A recap, in case you missed any of it:
- Kyle Long lost for the season: LINK
- Alshon Jeffery popped for PED’s: LINK
- More anonymous reporting on Jay Cutler: LINK
But, if you’re like many Chicago Bears fans, now that you’re caught up on all of the drama, you’re ready to watch some decent football. And Monday Night Football tonight will feature a couple of teams that can make big plays on fairly regular occasion.
The Cincinnati Bengals (3-4-1) have been quite disappointed in how there season has gone so far, but still have hopes they can turn things around. The New York Giants (5-3) are a half game ahead of the Washington Redskins (5-3-1) in the NFC East, with the Philadelphia Eagles sitting right in the thick of things at 5-4.
So tonight, the Bengals and Giants square off in what could be some entertaining football.
This is your Monday Night Football Open Thread... Have fun!
