The Chicago Bears have dipped into divisional opponent Minnesota's practice squad to sign tight end Mycole Pruitt.
The team announced the move via their Twitter account on December 13.

According to Pruitt's NFL Draft Profile, he ran a 4.58 second 40 at the 2015 combine, with a 38 inch vertical jump, a 118 inch broad jump, a 4.37 second 20-yard shuttle and a 11.85 second 60-yard shuttle.
The profile page states "The 2-time FCS All American showed that his skills translated well against quality competition at the Shrine Game. He lacks the athleticism and size to stretch the seams but he can contribute as a move tight end in sub packages."
To make room for Pruitt, the Bears released defensive back DeVante Bausby.
Bausby, in his second NFL season, has 12 tackles in four games ith Kansas City and Chicago. Bausby was a 2015 undrafted free agent for the Chiefs, and is eligible to be signed to the Bears practice squad if he clears waivers.
