As the Chicago Bears prepare for what may be the coldest game ever played at Soldier Field, they have activated wide receiver Alshon Jeffery from the suspended list. To make room for Jeffery on the 53 man roster, they placed Marquess Wilson on injured reserve.
The Bears made their official announcement on their Twitter account:
Lester Wiltfong gave a complete update on the Bear's injury report:
Wiltfong: Chicago Bears Injury Report Marquess Wilson out with a broken foot - Windy City Gridiron - Here’s the injury report for the Bears vs Packers game.
The Bears are not the only team playing tomorrow in Chicago with injury concerns. NFL reporter Mike Garafolo shared information about Green Bay starting quarerback Aaron Rodgers on Twitter as well:
Aaron Rodgers is expected to play tomorrow but the Packers promoted QB Joe Callahan to the active roster, source said.— Mike Garafolo (@MikeGarafolo) December 17, 2016
What are your thoughts about Alshon's return to the lineup? Will he make enough of a difference in the passing game to matter?
