Entering Saturday, the Chicago Bears were sitting in the 4th overall NFL draft position, with only three teams having a worse record with two weeks to go in the season. But for fans at Soldier Field on Christmas Eve, a win would be a better football present than staying in a top-4 draft position come next Spring. At least, for most Bears fans, that is.
Versus the Washington Redskins, the Bears are looking like a team that is filled with back up and reserve player, but also showing a bit of that grit and determination that comes with getting beat down week after week for an entire season.
But grit isn’t all that’s needed to win a football game, and the Bears have 15 minutes left to figure out a game plan to try and upset the Redskins and end their chances of a 2016 playoff berth.
This is your Bears vs Redskins 4th Quarter Open Thread... Have fun!
