The Chicago Bears (3-9) beat the Detroit Lions (8-4) at Soldier Field during Week 4 this season, but will head to Ford Field this Sunday for a rematch that features a Lions team on a four-game winning streak.
The Bears have been short-handed all season long, and will enter Detroit with 15 players on Injured Reserve, along with another two key starters suspended for Performance Enhancing Drugs. That’s not the best match-up against a confident Lions team currently sitting at the top of the NFC North.
But when you look at their four-game winning streak, you’ll notice they aren’t necessarily playing lights out football, but rather doing just enough to win (the blowout versus the Saints notwithstanding).
