The Chicago Bears closed out 2015 with only six wins under their belt, but also managed to put together some building blocks for the 2016 season. As they prepare for next season, the team has announced some important dates for their offseason program:
April 18: First day of offseason program
May 13- 15: First rookie minicamp, followed by 10 OTA practices
June 4: Bears Care Gala at Soldier Field
June 14-16: Full team minicamp
Of course, the NFL Draft is April 26-28, so the rookies will have about two weeks to get to Chicago and start working.
July will bring the full 2016 Training Camp schedule, and we hope to have WCG in attendance for part of this year's camp (the part that's open to the media anyways).
And as a reminder, the 2016 regular season officially begins on Sunday, September 11th for the Chicago Bears. We know who there opponents will be already, and you can take a look at that HERE.
Are you planning to attend any offseason events this year?
