UPDATE: Allen expected to sign with Houston.
#Texans expect to sign OL Jeff Allen, more offensive help with a lot of holes to fill.

The Chicago Bears had one of their worst seasons in history last year, which was painfully following the terrible 2014 season. Things might have been trending better in the locker room, but it didn't calculate over to the wins column.
Second-year general manager Ryan Pace has lofty aspirations for the 2016 season though, and will have his hands full once free agency kicks off at 3:00pm central today. One of his biggest areas of need will be offensive guard, and according to one report this afternoon, he is heavily pursuing former Kansas City Chiefs offensive guard Jeff Allen.

Our friends at Arrowhead Pride had some great things about Allen HERE, and wanted the Chiefs to retain him.
Allen on his approach to free agency:
"First off I'm looking for a team that's ready to win," Allen said on the podcast "I think Kansas City, we did a good job this year putting together a good season but we didn't finish the way we wanted to. I'm looking for a team that's going to be a Super Bowl contender. A team where I'm gonna be comfortable with the guys in the room. I want one position where I know I'm going to be playing going into the offseason so I can focus on one thing."
Stay tuned...
