Potential first round pick in Thursday's 2016 NFL Draft, Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliot, was a guest earlier today on the Dan Patrick Show, which airs on AT&T's Audience Channel 239, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to Noon ET.
Patrick asked him point blank, "Tell me the team you think is in love with you? Like truly fallen love with you. Do you have one of those teams?" Elliot paused for dramatic effect before replying the, "Chicago Bears."
Patrick followed up to see if the Dallas Cowboys were in love with him and Elliot said he didn't know and "you'd have to ask them."
Elliot goes on to say the New York Giants probably aren't in love with him, but he does think the Miami Dolphins are in love with him.
If the Dolphins, who pick 13th, covet Elliot, they'd have to potentially leapfrog the Bears who pick at 11.
Do you guys think the Bears are willing to draft Elliot at 11 overall?
Do you think this is a smokescreen to get someone to jump in front of the Bears to snag Elliot, thus pushing more defensive talent to Chicago?
Here's the full clip of Elliot of the Dan Patrick Show.
