NFL Draft Results 2016: Chicago Bears Grades - DE Jonathan Bullard

After an incredibly active 2nd round where the Chicago Bears were involved in multiple trades, they were on the board relatively early in the 3rd round and made their selection quickly, without any hesitation: Defensive end Jonathan Bullard.
