The first three rounds of the 2016 Draft are behind us, but the deeper rounds, 4th- 7th, is where scouts and general managers make their real money. They'll be looking at guys that they hope will be able to make a difference in their schemes either immediately, or down the road. It's important to note that not every player will fit into every scheme, so many teams will pass on a seemingly obvious pick in favor of someone else, based on they way the scheme dictates.
