The Chicago Bears have made some significant strides from a personnel perspective since their historically-bad 2014 season. You know, potentially the worst year in franchise history...

New general manager Ryan Pace, head coach John Fox, defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, and new offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains are all entering their second full year together, and there's plenty to be excited about. But there are also some lingering concerns that either haven't been addressed at all, or haven't been addressed adequately. Rome certainly wasn't built in a day, and rebuilding an NFL franchise can take years, so it makes sense that there are still some holes to plug.

From your perspective, what is the main area(s) of concern for the Bears as they get ready to kick off the 2016 season? What will be the biggest reason why the team might not live up to its potential?

Let us know in the comments section below what your biggest concern is.

This is your Monday Night Open Thread... Have fun!
