Real football is right around the corner, and the Chicago Bears have as much work as anyone in the league if they are going to try and be competitive in 2016. We've already seen that ESPN thinks the Bears will be in the cellar of the NFC North for at least three more seasons.
Personally, I've always been able to separate the fan in myself from the writer, and can say unbiasedly that I think that article is wrong. The Bears have gotten younger in many key spots and have skill position players in others. I don't think it's that big of a stretch to think they can compete for a Wild Card this coming season...
