Ready for a second heaping helping of a new off-season feature here at Windy City Gridiron, our very own Weekly Reader Q&A?

Every week (or two), we will ask you folks to submit your questions to our staff. We can't guarantee any particular staff member is available at any specific time, so please address the questions to the entire staff. Please note, if there are a ton of questions we may have to pick and choose, and what we choose will be based more upon our areas of expertise and experience (or if we think of something particularly funny), so if your question isn't answered it's nothing personal.

You can ask any kind of questions you like... but we may or may not answer questions about subjects outside the NFL (it depends on the question).

We plan on running the feature until pre-season games start, and if it is well received we will pick it up again after the Bears win the Super Bowl next February 5th in Houston.
