The Chicago Bears entered their fifth day of Training Camp on Monday, which is their third in full pads. Based on plenty of folks that attended Monday's practice, things got heated several times, with one all-out brawl breaking out at one point.
On the injury front, there are three updates available:
- Kyle Long (foot) still did not practice, but he was seen for the second straight day without his walking boot, which is good news. John Fox is letting him rest and not wanting the veteran offensive lineman to push his boundaries.
- Eddie Royal left practice on a cart Monday, and John Fox stated after practice that he was going through concussion protocols.
- Tight end Zach Miller did not practice Monday as he showed delayed concussion symptoms from Sunday's practice. Coach Fox stated he was also now in concussion protocol.
UPDATE: Leonard Floyd was apparently limited in practice due to a shoulder.
Day five of Camp has wrapped up... Stay tuned for more updates as they are available.
