Chicago Bears vs Denver Broncos 2nd Half Open Thread

Join us below as we continue our Bears vs Broncos coverage!

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Bears have a lot of new starters on both offense and defense, and tonight in the first couple of possessions, it showed. The offense couldn't get anything going versus the Denver Broncos defense, which was missing Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware, and Jay Cutler got knocked around enough to have him pulled after three possessions. The Bears had several "three-and-outs" to start the game.

On defense, the Bears were playing on their heels to start the game, with Mark Sanchez and the Broncos moving the ball, converting 3rd down plays, and getting into the end zone early.

And of course, after the 2nd and 3rd stringers were put in, things stalled even more.

Going into the half, the Bears are down 20-0.

But, please remember... This is only preseason. No need to get carried away quite yet.

This is your Chicago Bears vs Denver Broncos 2nd Half Open Thread... Have fun!
