Thursday Night Football: Former Bears RB Forte and WR Marshall lead Jets vs Bills

Thursday Night Football returns this week with a match-up between two AFC teams hoping to be competitive in 2016: The Buffalo Bills and New York Jets.

Both teams lost their Week 1 games, but neither lost significantly. Buffalo lost 7-13 to the Baltimore Ravens, with Tyrod Taylor and LeSean McCoy both being bottled up by the Ravens defense.  First round draft pick Shaq Lawson is on the PUP list to start the 2016 season (shoulder surgery), but wide receiver Sammy Watkins is expected to be active.

For the Jets, they lost a heartbreaker to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1 (final score of 22-23), despite a pretty good showing by quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and running back Matt Forte. Wide receiver Brandon Marshall had 3 catches for 36 yards.
