Chicago Bears vs Dallas Cowboys 2nd Quarter Open Thread

Sunday Night Football didn't start off that great for Chicago.

Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

Chicago Bears 0

Dallas Cowboys 10

On the Dallas Cowboys opening drive, they threw the ball, ran the ball, and marched right down the field with not much resistance by the Chicago Bears defense. Result: touchdown

On the Chicago Bears opening drive. Brian Hoyer forgot to hand the ball off to Jeremy Langford on the first play, and a Charles Leno. Jr. penalty negated a 1st down play by Kevin White. Result: 3 and out.

The Cowboys second series was much of the same, but resulted only in a field goal. The defense is getting worn out already, which is not a good thing against a team with the weapons the Cowboys have.

Still plenty of football left to play, but if the offense can't get anything going, this could get out of hand pretty quickly.

This is your SNF Chicago Bears vs Dallas Cowboys 2nd Quarter Open Thread... Have fun!
