The Chicago Bears are in rebuilding mode, and general manager Ryan Pace has done a good job at upgrading multiple positions on both sides of the football in his first two years on the job.

Throughout the season, the Bears have played 2nd, 3rd, and even reserve players on both sides of the football, and have looked like a team decimated by injuries. It’s worth remind ourselves of the number of players on Injured Reserve: 19.
On Sunday versus the Minnesota Vikings, the Bears close out a painful 2016 season. Will they fall to 3-13, or will they get their 4th win of the year? At this point, only pride and draft position is important. Stay tuned...
