The Divisional Round of playoffs are this weekend, and the Bears are at home. Sigh. Today sees the action kickoff with the Seattle Seahawks facing the Atlanta Falcons. Of interest to Bears fans might be the chance to see Devin Hester in the return game fair catch action or the potential to see two teams
that are not the Green Bay Packers play for an NFC win.
After the NFC matchup is an AFC battle between the Texans and the Patriots. The Texans will be trying to prove that Brock Osweiler as totally a playoff-caliber quarterback. The good news is that Osweiler has proven that he can play to a level where he does not get in the way of a really good defense; the bad news is that while he can do that, it doesn’t mean he always does do that.
On the other hand the Patriots will be trying to stop them, and two prominent former Bears are on their roster in Shea McClellin and Martellus Bennett.
