From 2-4 with two losses already in their division, it would be a tall task for these sometimes upstart Chicago Bears to make a playoff push. Perhaps, an Aaron Rodgers shoulder injury in Green Bay is all they need for a spark for that run, though. That or a few more successful trick plays in the light of a Tarik Cohen touchdown pass and a dominant defense that was on display against the Ravens.
Yes, we've hit an interesting time for the 2017 Bears. We're two games into the Mitchell Trubisky era and it feels like anything could happen for this team. They could either continue to be maddeningly inconsistent. Or, put together the kind of stretch that saves John Fox's job with a playoff berth (kidding).
In any event, I figured it was high time, so this is your WCG Bears mailbag call for the week. Reply with any query on the Bears, life, or anything at all (I mean, anything!) in the comments below and or tweet me @RobertZeglinski on Twitter while using #AskWCG.
There's a lot to parse through for an intriguing and youthful Bears team potentially on the rise so let's get it all rolling.
