Fantasy Football Week 13 Thread

Each week we’re setting aside this time slot to provide a forum for fantasy football conversation. Bring your questions about who to start / sit in the comment section. We’ll also grade trades and listen to how great your team is - seriously, no one else is going to do that. Let’s help each other win our leagues to ensure bragging rights around the neighborhood.

We’re almost there. For many of you, this week will be a playoff week of sorts - just to get into the end of season tournament. In the Official Windy City Gridiron league, there is one spot open in the tournament of 6 that starts next week. Lester’s ragtag unit is battling it out with Ken the Den Master, Patti, and Sam for the final spot. Ken is in the driver’s seat but has to play the first place Da King in Da North. Patti has to play yours truly, so, I mean, that’s not gonna happen. Smart money is on the boss man sneaking into the playoffs.

The other battle in that league is for the #2 spot to earn a bye week while the #3-6 teams slug it out. My team, the Peanut Punchers, holds the 2 spot with a slight points lead over Rage Against Shaheen. Please consider sending out good vibes for me as I really don’t want to have to play in the first round.

If there’s one guy I’d really like to see have a quiet day this weekend, it’s Rob Gronkowski, pictured above. I play him and Tom Brady in a potential playoff clinching game and I can’t afford to see the type of game Gronk turned in last week if I hope to win.
