The Chicago Bears received another up close and personal look at Notre Dame quarterback DeShone Kizer. Since Notre Dame is considered a local school, Kizer was able to participate in the Bears’ local pro day today.
Besides the work out today, the Bears scouted Kizer during the season, they saw him at the NFL Combine, they were in attendance at his pro day and they met with him privately. I’d say they should have all the information they need to determine when Kizer should come off the board in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Other prospects at Chicago’s local pro day were Northwestern’s Anthony Walker Jr. (ILB), Ideadi Odenigbo (DE/OLB), Austin Carr (WR), Joe Jones (LB) and C.J. Robbins (DE).
The Michigan Wolverines’ Ryan Glasgow, a defensive lineman from Aurora, Illinois was there.
Illinois State’s Kyle Avaloy, who plays offensive guard, tweeted out that he was there.
Northern Illinois’ wide out, Kenny Golladay, whom I talked about in my podcast with EJ Snyder right here, and NIU QB, Drew Hare, also worked out today.
The Bears shared a video of today’s workout on chicagobears.com.
Standout #Indiana OL Dan Feeny & Nebraska WR Jordan Westerkamp were reportedly at the #Bears local pro day today.

There isn’t an official list of prospects that were at Halas Hall today, but if we confirm any other players that were there, we’ll update this story.
