The odds say no quarterbacks will be picked in the top 10 of the 2017 NFL Draft

NCAA Football: Pittsburgh at North Carolina Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

When it comes to that third pick in the 2017 NFL Draft for the Chicago Bears, there are two types of Bears’ fans. One type of fan believes the Bears must take a quarterback at three overall, because after years of passing of the position early in the draft, the time is now for them to add a young, talented signal caller to their QB room.

If you have a QB you believe in, you take him the first chance you get. And the first chance for the Bears is three overall.

The other type of fan believes that none of the 2017 quarterbacking draft class is worthy of the third pick. Taking a QB that high would be a massive reach, especially when there are so many talented players available.

Technically there’s the “Bears should trade back and get their QB later in the 1st” crowd, but since there’s no guarantee their guy would be available whenever they hypothetically move down, I won’t even address these guys.

So you’re either a Draft a QB at 3 guy or you aren’t.

The odds-makers over at OddsShark believes that no quarterback will make it into the top 10 of the 2017 NFL Draft.

They put an over/under on Mitchell Trubisky’s draft position at 11.5.

Deshaun Watson is next, with an over/under pick position of 12.5.

Patrick Mahomes’ is at 24.5 and DeShone Kizer’s is 30.5.

Bovada had these odds up earlier as well.

The oddsmakers usually have a pretty good idea of what’s going on in the sports world, so do these over/unders sway your thinking on the Bears taking a QB at three?
