Does anyone know why the tailgating rules changed part way through the season last year for the 31st street lot. It used to be open 24 hours and we could start tailgating at 6:00 am or even earlier. Now it opens at 8:00 am and they will not let you line up early to get a prime spot. Tents are not allowed to protect against rain. Heck the won't even allow the bean bag game. An alternate tailgate lot would be nice. Anyone know of a good alternative lot?
