A couple days ago, Sports Betting Dime came out with a number of interesting odds and prop bets for the Chicago Bears. After the Bears lost to the Denver Broncos on Thursday night, the odds-makers saw enough from Chicago's quarterbacks that they updated a few items.

The over/under on starts for Mitchell Trubisky is 8.5.

Here are the odds for which rookie quarterback will throw the most touchdowns.

  • Deshaun Watson (Texans): 5/2
  • Mitchell Trubisky (Bears): 5/2
  • Patrick Mahomes (Chiefs): 7/2
  • DeShone Kizer (Browns): 11/2
  • Field: 18/1

Here are the odds for who will be starting for the Bears against the Atlanta Falcons week one; Mike Glennon: 2/3 or Mitchell Trubisky: 3/2.

Trubisky is 11/1 to win rookie of the year, which is tied for 5th likeliest with Dalvin Cook of the Vikings. The favorite is Leonard Fournette of the Jaguars at 9/2.

Now a few team specific and coaching specific odds and props.

The over/under on Chicago’s 2018 draft position is 5.5.

The odds to finish with the worst record in the NFL are as follows.

The Bears are 12/1 to make the playoffs, and 150/1 to make Super Bowl LII.

The odds that head coach John Fox is fired is 11/1, but the odds that Fox is the first head coach fired are just 45/1. There are ten coaches listed ahead of Fox.

The over/under for Bears’ Pro Bowlers is 0.5.

Of all these bets, I think that Pro Bowl bet is easy money. At least one of Kyle Long, Josh Sitton, Jordan Howard, Leonard Floyd, Cody Whitehair and Akiem Hicks all have a decent shot at making the game if healthy.
