Chicago Bears vs Cleveland Browns: Second half open thread

This is a battle of two franchises trying to get things going in the right direction. Both the Chicago Bears and the Cleveland Browns have struggled of late, but both have relatively new regimes that have them in the middle of rebuilds. Both teams have young and exciting pass rushers, and potential franchise quarterbacks.
