Each week we’re setting aside this time slot to provide a forum for fantasy football conversation. Bring your questions about who to start / sit in the comment section. We’ll also grade trades and listen to how great your team is - seriously, no one else is going to do that. Let’s help each other win our leagues to ensure bragging rights around the neighborhood.

This week’s topic is Carson Wentz. I went back and watched both of Philly’s games this year and I’ve come away thinking that Wentz is a tough nut to crack. On the one hand, his numbers should be better because his receivers have let him down with some key drops (and some dropped interceptions). On the other hand, his numbers should be better because he’s missed some key throws. Either way, I think the arrow is pointing up for Wentz.

He kind of looks like a Big Ben-type as he’s tough to bring down, although I don’t think his arm is as good. I drafted Wentz to be my #2 in a 2 QB league (10 teams). He was not my first choice to pair with Philip Rivers, but I think he’s got a chance to deliver a return on my investment. If he can work out the kinks with Alshon Jeffery, Nelson Agholor, and Torrey Smith, he may even finish in the top 10.

Do you guys like Wentz? What other QBs are you buying into in the early season? Let’s hear it in the comments!
