WCG’s Jacob Infante talks Bears-Falcons on The Falcoholic Live

I'm jealous that they can be optimistic about their team.

I hopped onto The Falcoholic Live to discuss what Falcons fans should expect out of the Bears on Sunday.

Week 1 has officially kicked off, meaning that Chicago Bears football is finally back. Cue the celebrations! Or not, if you’re not looking forward to seeing Mike Glennon line up under center.

To kick off the season, the Bears will be taking on the reigning NFC champions, the Atlanta Falcons. After an offseason full of suffering through 28-3 memes, the Falcons look like a true contender. They didn’t lose any key contributors on offense - although they did lose offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan - and they improved on defense. They will definitely provide the Bears with a tough Week 1 battle.

On Thursday night, I jumped on the Facebook Live show for The Falcoholic, our Atlanta Falcons sister (brother?) site on SB Nation. I talked with Kevin Knight, Eric Robinson and David Walker about what Falcons fans should expect from the Bears, both offensively and defensively. I also discuss Chicago’s quarterback position, their game plan and whether or not Julio Jones will torch their secondary. We all also gave our predictions as to what will happen on Sunday.

You can check out the show in the video below. I pop in around the 28-minute mark. Although my front camera didn’t cooperate with me so I could reveal my dashing face to everyone, I definitely had a lot of fun on the show.
