Become the first Bears quarterback to ever throw for five touchdowns in one half and the first to throw six touchdowns in a game since 1949, and it’s only natural you’ll open up some eyes. That’s the case for Mitchell Trubisky after he tore apart the Buccaneers defense this past Sunday. Play well, be recognized for it. Rinse, repeat.
Thanks to Trubisky’s lights-out performance where he threw for six scores and 354 yards against Tampa Bay, he has officially been nominated for the NFL’s FedEx Air Player of the Week for Week 4. Trubisky’s career breakout game is up against the Rams’ Jared Goff ripping through the Vikings for 465 yards and five passing touchdowns, and the Colts’ Andrew Luck’s 464 yards and four touchdowns against the Texans.
You can vote for Trubisky as the FedEx Air Player of the Week below.

Play well, be recognized for it. Even a small recognition would likely be a great gift for Trubisky during the Bears’ bye week.
