Five sacks. 17 tackles. A league-leading four forced fumbles. A pick-six. The NFC Defensive Player of the Month. Through four games, Chicago Bears edge rusher Khalil Mack has accumulated a lot of accomplishments. Just recently, though, he was able to add another accolade: a 99 overall rating in “Madden NFL 19”.
Mack started off the season with a 95 overall rating, but has gradually increased since the year began. His hot start to the year now makes him one of just six players to have a 99 rating to their name, with one of them being fellow edge rusher and Denver Broncos star Von Miller.
There’s no denying that Mack has been tearing up offensive lines from his first game with the Bears. His presence alone has catapulted Chicago’s defense into becoming one of the best units in the league.
Oh, and for additional reference, the Oakland Raiders only have one player above an 88 rating on their team.
