This is your official WCG Open Thread to talk Bears and Giants!
It gets kind of wild down in the comment section, but just keep it civil with your fellow Bears’ fans and we won’t have any problems.
The open thread is rated WCG-MA, and also keep pictures and GIFs out of the thread to ease the loading times of the thread.
For live game and statistical updates you can check out this link right here.
Lets go Bears!

PREGAME
The inactives are out for the Bears and the Giants, and no surprise, Mitchell Trubisky will not play, but he was throwing a bit on the field, so that’s a good sign.
Just watched Mitch Trubisky test his throwing shoulder.

I said to him, “does this mean what I think it means?” (You’re playing)
He said, “depends on what you think it means”.
I said, “how did it feel?”
He said, “damn, I just lost 20 bucks”. @nflnetwork ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/UwqeR0wfAp

The 8-3 Chicago Bears take on the 3-8 New York Giants this Sunday and it’s what some are calling a trap game for Chicago. I’ve never bought into the ‘trap game’ notion, because I do buy into the ‘on any given Sunday’ notion.
Good teams lose to bad teams all the time in sports.
Through scouting and film prep, a coach can find a match-up to exploit, and sometimes that’s all it takes. One little thing can turn the tide in a game, and sometimes a team with less talent finds a way to win.
The Bears may have the advantage on paper, but games aren’t played on paper. The Giants have playmakers on both sides of the ball and Chicago head coach Matt Nagy and his staff will have his players prepared to play.
Here’s everything you need to know about this Sunday’s game.
