With his sizzling Combine, I am worried he won't make it to the 2nd round.

I know Josh's Confidence Board 3.0 has Carter around the 60s, but I've seen him mocked in the bottom half of the 1st round a few times since the Combine, and I think his arrow is pointing up.

I'm completely worried we will not be able to get him at #39, and it is freaking me out.

Help me out:

1. Is he as exciting as I think he is?
2. Will he be there at #39?
