2018 NFL Draft: Bears Poll Of The Day - Should Chicago draft Tremaine Edmunds?

Yesterday we asked you guys if Notre Dame’s Quenton Nelson was your pick if he was available in the 2018 NFL Draft at eight overall for the Chicago Bears. It seems like Nelson is the obvious pick of the Bears’ mock drafters if he’s on their boards in the first round, but if he’s taken, the next most most logical pick is Virginia Tech’s Tremaine Edmunds.

Edmunds was my pick for the Bears in the SB Nation writers mock draft, mostly because he seems to fit the athletic profile for what the Bears want.

I’m not sure if defensive coordinator Vic Fangio would play him at inside linebacker or at outside linebacker, but he’s a high ceiling prospect. At 19-years old he can be what ever the staff coaches him up to be.

In today’s Poll of the Day, we want to know if the Bears should draft Edmunds if Nelson is off the board. Just like in yesterday’s poll, we’ll assume that N.C. State’s Bradley Chubb and Penn State’s Saquon Barkley are also off the board.

Should the Chicago Bears draft Tremaine Edmunds at 8 overall?
