In the first semifinal match-up in our All-Chicago Bears Historical Fantasy Tournament, we have Jeff Berckes’ The Butkus-ers & Brown-nosers taking on Robert Zeglinski’s New Monsters of the Midway!

Jeff may start Jim Miller at quarterback, but he has super-sub Josh McCown waiting in the wings just in case. Hall of Famers Dan Fortmann and Clyde “Bulldog” Turner anchor the middle of his offensive line, with the versatile Zach Miller lining up at tight end.
Robert will counter defensively with safety tandem Chris Harris and Mark Carrier, and up front with linebacker Leonard Floyd, Ted Washington, Dan Hampton, and Julius Peppers.
Jeff’s defensive unit is led by Dick Butkus in the middle, and he has Alex Brown and Eddie Goldman up front, with cornerbacks Bennie McCrae and Dave Whitsell in his secondary.
To which Robert can attack him offensively with Brandon Marshall, Neal Anderson, Dick Gordon, and Desmond Clark.
