Tupac. Dr. Dre. Notorious B.I.G. Eminem. Kanye West. Kendrick Lamar. Chance the Rapper. Josh Bellamy. Cre’Von LeBlanc. What do all of these names have in common?

Answer: they have all released at least one rap song at some point in their lives.

The latter two, both members of the Chicago Bears, recently came out with a song titled “On a Wave”, which was released on Bellamy’s Instagram page in the form of two separate posts. Bellamy goes under the stage name “Beezo”, while LeBlanc prefers to be known as “Strap”.

The lyrics are NSFW, but you may check out the song in these posts:

While music is entirely subjective, it’s safe to say that this is far from the worst attempt by an athlete to move into music.

Both Bellamy and LeBlanc seem to be decent bets to make the 53-man roster in September due to their special teams abilities, but at least they’ll have another career to fall back on if this whole football thing doesn’t work out for them.
