The face of an era and one of the greatest Bears of all time has his culminating moment coming soon. On Saturday, August 4th, Brian Urlacher will officially be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame among premier legends. A 13-year career where Urlacher changed the NFL and made eight Pro Bowls was determined to be worthy of First-Ballot induction in February, no less. That makes this upcoming ceremony extra special.
Along with a commemorative bronze bust that will feature his trademark bald head, Urlacher and the other new Hall of Famers receive a golden jacket they get to wear for the rest of their lives. Most notably, while in attendance of new inductees each August.
On Tuesday, Urlacher received his gold jacket and Shooter McGavin wasn’t anywhere in sight to steal it out of his hands.

In a month you’ll get to see Urlacher don this jacket as he marvels at his tremendous achievement. His memory will be canonized among the best to ever put on football pads, and he’ll look sharp doing it.
