Sometimes it’s nice to sit down with some friends, partake in a beverage or two, or three, or more, and just go back and forth talking sports. While I don’t get out as much as I used to, technology allows me to talk sports all the time. Whether through social media (follow me on Twitter @wiltfongjr), or through our daily Windy City Gridiron email threads, I’m able to stay connected and talk Chicago Bears any time I want. Our email threads tend to get lengthy, but they’re so full of interesting tidbits that we wanted to share some of what we’re talking about with you guys.
That was the basis for these roundtable discussions.
Naturally, we have a lot of opinionated writers at WCG, so instead of each of us writing a small article on a given topic, we started these roundtable discussions to give our staff a chance to get their thoughts out to Bears’ fans. We may not always agree on everything, but that’s what makes talking sports so fun.
Discussing the Bears can be a heated topic at times, but even when we disagree with each other we keep it civil. That’s something we ask of our WCG members in our comment threads too.
