Instead of having their end of the year press conference on the day after the 2019 season ended, the Chicago Bears decided to push it back a day, to New Year’s Eve. It’s supposed to start at 9:30 and it can be found on the Bears Facebook page and their Twitter account. I don’t expect head coach Matt Nagy or general manager Ryan Pace to say much of substance, but it will still be interesting to see how they try to spin the 8-8 season.
Watch the presser right here.
Chicago Bears LivePace says Trubisky will remain No. 1 quarterback but says he must play with more consistency.

I would expect the media in attendance to pepper them with plenty of questions about quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, the QB plan in 2020, the inept offense of 2019, the injured Bears, free agency and pending free agents, the NFL Draft, and more.
When the presser ends we’ll have some thoughts right here on WCG, but in the meantime feel free to use this comment section as an open thread to discuss any and everything about the Bears. Also keep in mind our open threads are rated WCG-MA.
