Bears are the overwhelming favorite in the NFC North according to NFC North fans

The latest FanPulse show just how much Packers, Vikings, and Lions fans are wary of the Bears.

Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse — a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the offseason, we send 32 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Bears fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

The latest FanPulse asked fanbases of each division team to pick the favorite in their division. Check out how fans of the Chicago Bears (WCG), Green Bay Packers (Acme Packing Co.), Minnesota Vikings (Daily Norseman), and Detroit Lions (Pride of Detroit) voted overall.

Chicago was the overwhelming favorite, but I wanted to take a closer look at the site by site breakdowns.

As expected, our fans went with the Bears at a near unanimous clip (98%), but who are these Bears’ fans voting for the Vikings (1%) and Packers (1%) as the favorite to with the NFC North?

Every fanbase has the Bears as the favorite, with Green Bay’s fans at 51% pro-Bears, Minnesota’s fans at 49% pro-Bears, and Detroit’s fans at 41% pro-Bears. Each fanbase has their favorite team as their number two choice.

You may have noticed that the Lions received 0% of the vote from Bears’ fans, but did you know that fans from the Packers and Vikings also gave the Lions zero chance to win the North?

It’s early, but here’s my predicted order of finish in the NFC North.

  1. Bears
  2. Packers
  3. Vikings
  4. Lions
