Could this be the best group of pass catchers in Bears history?

The Chicago Bears might just be boasting the best wide receiver corps in team history with a diverse mix of high-end skilled athletes. Jeff and EJ breakdown expectations for this group and try to work out just how the 53 man roster might be determined. Allen Robinson comes into 2019 as the clear number 1 wide receiver and expectations are high. The guys are both high on Taylor Gabriel’s role on the offense and look for Anthony Miller to take that next step.

The tight end position may not seem as strong but there are reasons to believe that Adam Shaheen may finally grow into the role envisioned for him when he was named a 2nd round draft pick. The guys also discuss how unrealistic expectations may have shaped Trey Burton’s 2018 to the fan base and what lies ahead for him. All this and more in the latest Bears Over Beers.
