We’re knee-deep in the NFL offseason and that’s given us time to break down all sorts of players. But when it comes to the 2019 offense, any good Bears fan will tell you that success begins and ends with Matt Nagy. So how do you break down a coach?
In this video, I break down all 11 plays of the Chicago Bears’ Week 2 game-winning drive against the Seattle Seahawks to illustrate how head coach Matt Nagy’s play-calling ability and play design skill came together to form the perfect drive. With a perfect balance of misdirection, motion, and power, Nagy guided a struggling Mitch Trubisky down the field while killing over 6 minutes of clock to put pressure on Seattle and give the Bears their first win of the season.
It’s a masterful drive, so check it out and let me know what you think! Be sure to like the video and subscribe to my channel as well -- I like to think that I’ll be able to make a few more of these by the offseason’s end. Bear down, and thanks for Bearing With Me!
