The 2018 season gave Bears fans a lot of hope with improved play and positive results. What’s even more encouraging is that the statistics back up the strong play and set the Bears up for an exciting 2019. In the latest installment of Bears Over Beers, Jeff and EJ are joined by Da Bears Blog’s Johnathan Wood to discuss important statistics from 2018 and how those might play out again in 2019.

Next, the discussion shifts to team records and if any of them will fall. Single season records discussed include Mitchell Trubisky’s shot at breaking the team record for passing yards and passing TDs, Khalil Mack’s quest for topping Richard Dent’s sack mark, and David Montgomery’s chance at the rookie rushing record.

So grab a beverage and join the conversation.
