The NFL has announced that Green Bay Packers outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith is replacing Chicago Bears outside linebacker Khalil Mack in the 2020 Pro Bowl. Mack has been selected to five straight Pro Bowls, while this will be Smith’s first.
Mack elected to skip last season’s Pro Bowl as well, so this decision was expected, especially with recent revelations that Mack was a bit banged up during the 2019 season.
The Pro Bowl will take place this Sunday, January 26 at 2:00 p.m. CT from Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, and it will be aired on ABC, ESPN, and Disney XD.
The Bears will still have three players in the game with cornerback Kyle Fuller, safety Eddie Jackson, and special teamer Cordarrelle Patterson representing the NFC.
